The MSO believes it is important for the FSA family to give back. For this reason, we organize and encourage our students and parents to participate in Coins4CURE and other philanthropic student initiatives.
Coins4CURE
“COINS FOR A CURE!” is a month-long fundraising campaign held during the month of September that will benefit children’s cancer research and the well-deserved local charity, CURE.
- Donation jars, which are currently empty, are waiting to be filled with coins to help support this noble cause!
- Each jar represents a grade (high school grades will work together). Weekly totals will be tallied with the help of our students. The results will be updated on our school’s “Care-o-Meter” visible outside the cafeteria and in the carpool pick up area.
- To invite some well-spirited competition, the grade that fills their jar with the most money will win a prize at the end of the month. Classes in grades pre-K – 4th will compete for prizes as well as classes in Grades 5 through high school.
